The Afghan Project and Wednesday's Child

A LITTLE KNOW FACT IS: For each Wednesday's Child I visit, we bring special personalized gifts from a group of wonderful ladies participating in the Afghan Project. Each Wednesday's Child receives a hand-made personalized afghan and a teddy bear with a knitted vest. Who does this? A group of volunteers-in all over 500 in Massachusetts-who like to remain anonymous. They say they are doing something to show these special needs children love.
